Play Therapy play-kits/play mediums

I provide a safe environment and dedicated time for children and adolescents through Violet Play Therapy, allowing them to explore and express their feelings. When they enter the room, I offer them a choice of a wide range of creative tools. These tools support them in working through their issues using symbols, metaphors, and both non-verbal and verbal communication.

The play materials and mediums include: 

  • Doll house and doll people

  • Natural toys (e.g plants, trees, pebbles)

  • Domestic and wild animals

  • Small toys (e.g. cars, airplanes, small peoples and characters)

  • Role play materials (e.g. phones, bags, mirrors, masks)

  • Clay

  • Sand and sand trays

  • Puppets

  • Stories 

  • Therapeutic story

  • Creative visualisation

  • Creative art materials (e.g. paint, crayons, colouring pencils, glue, scissor, loose parts and boxes)

  • Musical instruments (e.g. drums, shakers, xylophone)

  • Dance/Movement materials (e.g. fans and fabrics)

  • Doctor/Nurse Medical kit toys
